Was in today to see Jeff Sims. My sister recommended him and he was fantastic! After trying to work with several other dealerships I contacted Jeff and he listened to what I wanted and got it for me, for a even better price than I was expecting! Would highly recommend!
They were beyond awesome. From my salesman Jason Boyce, to 2 months later when it had to go to the body shop. Someone had rear ended me. Howard & the guys were awesome. Gave me a 2017 Malibu for a loaner. They had it fixed sooner than they said with no additional costs to me. Very customer friendly, it doesn't matter your income level. Love, love them. Thanks again everyone. Probably why this is our 5th vehicle from them in 15 years.
Do you people tell customers how much it cost to hook up a code reader or scan tool to see whats wrong with their vehicle before hooking it up ??? Seriously 80 dollars later and my daughter should have been told the price of how much it would cost before having it done instead gets told after the fact!!!! What if she wasn't able to pay for that ????
My car decided to act up on the highway and I pulled off looking for a shop. I reluctantly settled for the dealership, and was completely shocked with the level of service they had to offer. Kayle was extremely helpful and patient with me in figuring out what the problem was with my car, and got me right in for service. He made a few recommendations for me, but I did not feel any pressure to have them completed on the spot. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado from Don Lach on Monday November 27. What a great guy!! I don't normally give much praise to car dealers or dealerships for that matter.
