I went for a second opinion turns out I’m staying. Dr Gibb was so nice and friendly he took the time to explain all my test results and told me I needed my cataracts done. I’m not just loosing my sight after all. Gave this place 5 stars well worth the switch.
I booked an appointment for my wife at this office. Before the visit, she clearly told the staff that she planned to buy eyeglasses online, not through the practice. The office knew this in advance. They completed the eye exam and charged $143, but did not measure her pupillary distance (PD), which is required to order glasses. When she later called to request the PD, she was told it would only be provided if she bought glasses from them. After having a bad experience at another eye center I was very happy with the experience here. I actually felt heard and we found a good solution to my struggles right away. I highly recommend red cliffs eye center for your eye needs. Caring, patient and actually solve your issues.
