Friendly staff and great coffee 🤩
Walked up to the counter, waited on the young guy to finish texting someone. That took about a minute. Clearly annoyed he actually had to help a customer based on the look on his face. He put his phone down and just stood there saying nothing. This kid needs to find a job he's better suited for. You can't be afraid to speak to a customer. Didn't make a purchase.
Water refill station is an amazing idea and will keep me coming back for ice cream at Graeters. Thank you!!
I had just finished a bowl of chili further up the concourse.And there and my gate eight thirteen was an ice cream shop that I never heard of I was in a bad mood and not looking forward to a long flight with every seat full. The female employee there was very chipper and obviously proud of her company sharing with me that it was a regional family owned business and even suggesting favorite flavors.
