Called Mar '23, and was told my brother went to the hospital and never returned, thought it was Nov '22. My sister called Jun '23 and was told he left Oct '22. But, won't tell us which Hospital. I thought they were suppose to keep records on things like this ??

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANYONE TO THIS FACILITY. If you already have someone who you care about staying here, please check in on them! You might want to look into getting them moved. Gracewoods administration has serious disregard for the residents and staffs safety or resident rights. There are SERIOUS issues going on in that facility that I noticed in only a week there that the administration has apparently known about for quite some time and done nothing except make excuses for. think hard before you place you loved one here. the d.o.n constantly trys to threaten you if you speak up about foul things that go on at Gracewood. there is a group of workers that work with each other to lie for one another.there are a few cna's an nurse who care the rest do not. I have caught 4 rats in my family members room over last 3 weeks that I had to buy glue boards to catch them. tip: if you come here and speak against the staff and wrong doings carry a recorder. that tip was from a state she worker.good luck.

I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody its nasty it stinks like poop and pee and they dont take care of their patients please domt send love ones here they womt take care of your loved ones
