I have been a patient at Grace med since 2024 and my previous experience was good with Dr. Kate Austin. However I called today and I have never felt so disrespected a front desk worker. She cut me off, had such a disrespectful tone, and was completly condescending. She told me that since I haven’t been in the last year(I have been using my refills) not only can I not get any more refills, I am apparently no longer a patient at the clinic at all? GraceMed might appear intimidating from the outside and it was to me at first. On the inside very professional inside, all the staff are friendly, courteous and welcoming. I was met by Emily M., for laser consultation. Emily is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. Emily took photos of my face, on a machine similar to the eye exam machine. This was my first time at a GraceMed location. I saw Emily for a hydra facial. Her service was amazing!! From the beginning, Emily was so warm & friendly and explained things in simple terms so they were easy to understand. During the facial, Emily walked me through the process and asked my comfort level to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend Emily @ GraceMed to family & friends!! I will be going back to see Emily!!
Terrible experience, impossible to communicate with. My family doctor can’t even get a hold of them. Terrible all around.
