Graceland took excellent care of our Brynn. We were greeted by a happy dog when we returned.
We’ve used Gracelane many times. Our dog is always happy to go and seems to enjoy his stay. They take good care of him. Only negative—while someone is obviously there 24x7, they won’t let you pick up your dog on Sunday (and some holidays) or after 3:00 or 2:30, depending on the day. That means that, even though it would be no issue for them to discharge your pet at virtually any time, some times you need to board your dog for 2 or even 3 days longer than necessary. It’s the only reason I’d look for an alternative.
I wouldn't leave my pets anywhere else. Wonderful caring staff. Even though I'm a pet sitter, I always recommend Grace Lane.

We have been entrusting our pets to Gracelane for over 30 years and have always been completely satisfied. The staff is professioal, friendly, and more than accommodating to all our needs. Gracelane is definitely a "home away from home" for our pets.
I recently had to leave my dog here for 10 nights on short notice. The staff at Gracelane were so helpful in putting my mind at ease that he would be well taken care of. We got to visit our dog and take him out for walks, he seemed happy each time we came by. When we picked him up, he had just had a bath. Would recommend
