Our dog, Samuel, loves Gracelane, and so do we! They've taken such good care of our little guy for a few years now, so much so that we've driven the 1+ hours from Brooklyn to board him there. Highly recommended!
I visited this week. Very impressed in every way. Management. Facilities. Staff. Cleanliness. Food and Walking Options. My dog will be coming to stay at the end of next week. It is a relief to have found a very reliable and well recommended kennel!
Chris was very professional and personable. Although I didn't meet everyone, I know Zola was treated well during her stay. She came home happy, healthy, clean and just herself, not acting traumatized, nervous or extra clingy. The doggie cams were great too as we could check in on Zola from thousands of miles away. The indoor suite and connecting outdoor run were kept clean all the time. Definitely will take Zola there again.
Bob and Chris are the best! They take such good care of Rif and even managed to find a place for him on a summer weekend with little notice. We're all big fans!
Gracelane was a total load off my mind. We left my 10 month old pit bull jager with them for a week and safe to say it turned out to be a great time for him. We were able to watch him on the webcam and the kennels were very clean. He was able to interact with other animals. The staff seemed very attentive and friendly. Will always call them whenever I go away with the utmost trust.
