RecommendedI have been boarding my Pbgv for over 6 years and they have treated her like royalty from the time I bring her until the time I pick her up. They have been diligent in applying medication when she was suffering from an illness. I was never concerned about her well being. Bob, Chris and their staff are caring and diligent. I highly recommend them and have referred many of my dog owners to them.

Just boarded my 18mo old Yorkie there - it was his first time away from us and home and he did brilliantly. I have used Gracelane in the past for our cat but this was our first experience with a dog. He had a walk each day and actually tried to get back in the door of the reception when we picked him up. They're able to deal with our two crazy (brother and sister) eskiepoms. We've used them many times and the dogs return in great shape.

Wow! Can I give them 10 stars? I have an 8 month Rhodesian Ridgeback -- all the anxiety of a new dog...The last piece is "Can I get away and not feel guilty and worry?"! Answer: YES - Gracelane Kennels was Zeus's first experience away from home. You can tell right away this is a family owned business - they care about the dogs and they take their responsibility seriously. Loved it. I day-boarded my cat there for 3 days and he came home happy, tired, and not stressed at all. He enjoyed being there. I will be going back.
We had never boarded our 3 year old cat before and we needed to have her boarded for 6 days. She did great and Gracelane Kennels was great at providing us with updates when we called. She was happy when we brought her home, but seemed to have been okay while away. We used the cat condo service.
I cant say enough great things about Gracelane Kennels! They go above and beyond to ensure a great experience for you and your pet. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced in a boarding facility. As a veterinarian, I am also highly impressed by their care and dedication to hygiene and prevention of illness that could spread between dogs. And above all else, my dog always comes back healthy and happy!
