The entire Staff did an excellent job in caring for my dog from start to finish. I dealt mostly with Chris and Jeff, but the rest of the staff deserve praise too.They came highly recommended and did not disappoint.They are courteous,helpful,friendly and they know their business well.This was my first time ever boarding and they took care of all my concerns. I will definitely be using their services again.
Our neighbors recommend Grace Lane Kennels to us over 7 years ago. We are so happy to have found this place!! Jeff and Chris are so nice and our dog is a happy customer!! The place is super clean and the staff is so nice. Could not be happier!!
We were so happy with Gracelane Kennels! When we arrived to drop off our pup for grooming, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Chris took the time to make sure he knew exactly how we wanted our dog groomed. Gracelane took great care of our dog, our pup left us willingly and was happy when we picked him up!
My older Lab Reggie (12YO) has been going to Gracelane for a couple of years now because LOVES it. When I drop her off the staff is always super courteous to me and Reggie has no concerns about walking off the Gracelane team. When I pick her up Reggie is still super happy. If you live in the City with pick-up service as option as well they also make it really easy to get Reggie to their space (beautiful), if I have to head out of town quickly for an overnight work trip.
