Comfort Food is what Gracie's is all about! The Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken Fried Chicken are the most popular and Both are hand breaded. You gotta try the Fried Shrimp it's the best in these parts. Our Burgers are a must try menu item and served on a sweet sourdough bun.

Bad service. Good food
Service is decent. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. I ordered the rosemary-peach chicken breast, side of garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. Comes with texas toast. The chicken was watery, and small. I could definitely taste a bit of rosemary, but no peach. There was very little garlic in the stiff potatoes. Their cream cheese chicken sandwiche is the bomb!!!
They weren't lying about the best chicken fried steak in Bastrop County. Maybe even all of Texas! And Jessica, our waitress, was a hoot!
Zero is not an option. It's been 45 minutes since ordering. No food yet. People leave all around us and the best part is anyone coming in is not greeted. It's not the first time. Seven people have come in, not been greeted, and then left after minutes of not being acknowledged. Not coming back. Save your time, save your money, move on. Or maybe, they could consider management.
