9 weeks ago I started seeing Kelly Wilson for Neurofeedback therapy. I have vision loss from being a type 1 diabetic. While I am not sure yet if this has fixed my vision I could not imagine going thru this without neurofeedback. I tell Kelly I went in trying to get my eyes fixed and I think something much greater has happened. I love working with Kelly I've learned so much in 4 visits. So this is my Follow up to my therapy. I've been working with Kelley for many months .When I went to see Kelly I was desperate I was dealing with extreme trauma among other things as well.Kelly talked to me about Nerofeedback and as I said before I was desperate. I have faced a lot of aggressive trauma in my life. Emotional, mental, and séxual abuse growing up. I was essentially not functioning as a human being. I went to therapy for 8 years and have tried acupuncture, EMDR, talk therapy, meditation, reading books and probably other things I'm forgetting. And while I do see and have gained value from those things, nothing has given me more peace and regulation and stability than this therapy.
