Little care for patients more concerned with whats in their wallets!
Not only should we be concerned a place that is supposed to help mental wants a deposit before they will schedule you, they are extremely unprofessional. I paid their deposit for my appointment, and they still canceled my appointment and gave my spot to someone else. All they could say was, sorry… 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I never even made it to see someone.
Went here by Dr. referral. Amber made me feel uncomfortable when expressing how I felt, kept trying to treat me for bipolar disorder just because I checked yes on a couple answers on a sheet with maybe 5 or 6 questions. She also said she couldn't actually diagnose me with anything, only being able to treat me for symptoms, which led me being on multiple vastly different medications. We have had wonderful service from all in this office. Monica has been there even in emergency off hours.
The receptionist is extremely rude!! She talks to patients like they are idiots and is not at all professional
