I would not recommend this property management company based on my experience as a property owner. Throughout the management period, rental income was repeatedly offset by numerous charges and invoices, leaving little or no owner distribution. I also encountered deductions that I believe were made without my prior authorization, despite the terms of our management agreement requiring approval for certain expenses. Stay away from this lady don’t rent and properties she manages scum bag she takes advantage of people with low credit scores and people who are in need check out any place that she shows you thoroughly don’t trust her

If you have ever reach out the this property manager and she didn’t contact you back consider yourself lucky. Ann is a horrible crook she lies about everything and if your car has ever been towed at one of her properties she is behind that . If you complain about her policies and you are a tenant she won’t renew your lease . I could go on and on with this lady and her manipulation
