RecommendedI haven't said anything yet. I wanted to give them a minute.....but wowow!! Towne is awesome. First thing they did was clean up the trash. Whether it be on your patio or balcony or hiding in the landscape. They have so many people working and renovating the apartments. I peek into the unit next to me. I am going to see if I can move to it. Great job, and I can't wait to see what else is coming!!

They are under new management. Towne Properties just took it over and there are people here fixing everything and making it all nice and new again. Can't wait to see what they do with this place!

Decent place to live but the buildings are getting old and falling apart. The pool is great. Comes with a life guard. Not all staff are intelligent and nice. One of the property managers, Angie, was backing out without looking and hit my fiancé's car with me, being pregnant, in it. If you want to meet the smart and nice property manager, that's Wendy. She's in the office on Weekends.
