RecommendedGovernours Square has been beautifully updated. My friend lives here and she absolutely loves it. The grounds always look beautiful when I visit and I am super excited for the dog park they are putting in! Perfect location!

I have lived here for about a year and overall this community is excellent. The staff, where do I even begin on the staff! They were phenomenal! They took care my family and I very well and answered any questions we had. The location is also great being right next to the Dayton Mall making shopping a breeze, when it's open at least. Overall fantastic place to live.

I have been watching the change. Renovations everywhere. Apartments, and yes I peek in as the workers are doing. Watching the transformation. Hallways, even though I'm in a townhouse, I peek in. The removal of dying trees and overgrown shrubs- gone with new grass in its place. The laundry room and the office! Wow! The laundry room is a huge change. I am glad I renewed, I can't wait to see what else is on the list!

It’s great neighborhood and close to a lot of places to eat there’s also a Whole Foods right around the corner from it, great place to move into
I would recommend for anyone looking for a new apartment to check this place out! They have done amazing job with all updates to the apartments! All employees have been working hard to update each apartment. Office staff are very helpful with any questions you may have. The grounds are very well kept and look very nice.

You are exposed to second hand smoke. You cannot enjoy your home. My husband had his lung removed and I cannot have him home to recover due to the serious risk to his health. I have also been in two apartment fires due to people throwing lit cigarettes out of their doors. No change has been made to policy or procedure to protect residents. I fear it will take someone dying before owners will address.
Governours Square not only is a great property to live at but also a great place to work! Everyone from management to servicing are not only hard working but extremely kind and willing to help in any way possible. It’s a beautiful property full of great people!

I would recommend Governours Square. They are doing so many new things. The new hallways are fantastic with beautiful carpet, doors, lighting and cool color scheme. I love the renovated apartments with the subway tile backsplashes and granite countertops. The location is superior! Two thumbs up Governours! You are doing it right.

As an employee, I am so excited to be a part of the transformation at Governours Square. We have wonderful residents and it is a pleasure taking care of them. My wife loves the 3 bdrm and we are going to move in when our lease is up.
