Johanna is such a doll, she’s been very helpful and sweet every time I’ve had to reach out to her she’s been super pleasant and willing to help. Having been in her position and knowing what she faces everyday I commend her for always keeping a wonderful attitude, staying positive and willing to assist and I just had to let her know that she is appreciated and very much valued! You rock!
Governors Square are making great strides with the new renovations. They are gorgeous and modern and must see to believe. I would definitely recommend anyone looking in the Centerville area to check them out. And the new managerJoHannah is so nice and helpful will answer any questions you have and walk you through the application process.
I have been renting for over 10 years and I must say this has been one of the most pleasant leasing experiences I have ever had. Johannah the property manager was so patient and kind. Took the time to answer all of my many questions. The apartment speaks for itself! Every upgrade you can imagine! In all of my apartment hunting I didn't see one quite like it at this price point. All of my neighbors have been so friendly! I look forward to living here for quite some time!
What a transformation this place is going through! I visited a few years ago. Stopped by for tour and had to apply- it took my heart. Wow!!
Great office staff! Caring and very helpful. Everything you need is close by. Nice neighbors too.
They are so in a hurry to fix everything they are making a lot of mistakes or quick to write things off. I’ve had work orders closed and they didn’t do a thing. The prices are really high and you don’t get much for it. I was going to stay because they promised to fix everything. But now I’m thinking it’s best if I look somewhere else.
The new management company is impressive. They are fixing things that the old company were dismissive about. They are doing preventive measures too, something the old company never would. I am going to look at a renovated unit, and want to transfer as soon as my current lease is up. I haven't been so excited to move as I am now.
I have lived at other town properties , I am so happy that they took over management for this property! I was going to move until I was notified of the change. I am now going to renew due to this change. One happy resident here!!
