Please contact the Wilson County's Sherriff's office and demand an investigation into the death of Toby - an emotional support dog for a US Army Captain. The neighbor admitted to shooting Toby yet the Wilson County Sheriff's department has done nothing to investigate this incident. All I am asking is that law enforcement do the job they were hired for and investigate when a crime is committed. It is unacceptable to try to cover this up.
