I've been waiting for child support for 3 years. My children are 11 and 8. It took that long to get courts to recognize we deserved child support. Since then, not a dime and no one cares. I've been in contact with this office more times than I care to count. Each time I call I'm put on a 30 day waiting list for paperwork to be filed. 30 days later another 30 days for another paper to get filed. Thank you Governor for the proclamation for Rare Disease Day February 28, World Rare Disease day. I have 2 rare diseases. There are 7000+ rare diseases. 1 in 10 Americans have a rare disease. This week I am in Washington DC with Rare Disease Legislative Advocates bringing a voice of the rare disease community to our Texas congressmen.
