Knowing now I will have to have a follow up every three months and the importance of it.
Dr. Degala apologized for being late to my appointment, because he was reading through my records. He left nothing to wonder and answered all of my questions. If you get a rare disease back on your pathology report expect to wait for a call back though. I was not happy with how long it took to get an appointment . I was a hospital follow-up and was expected to be seen in 3-5 days. I was given an appointment for nearly a month later!
Everyone great. Couldn't ask for better. You get whatever time you need.
Dr. Degala took his time with me, explained everything well, answered all my questions and was very thorough. He is very kind, empathetic and knowledgable. The office staff was very nice, I didn't wait long and they're very organized as well. Would highly recommend Dr. Degala and his practice!

I was totally impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. Dr. Degala and his staff moved quickly and I left after the procedure feeling I was quite blessed to have been referred to Dr. Degala.

Dr. Degala listened to all of my questions, many of which didn’t relate directly to gastroenterology. I had suffered a mild stroke a few months before seeing him, and some of my questions had to do with the after effects of the stroke. He provided useful advice and concurrence with the treatment being pursued.
Shot wait times in office and his staff called me with my blood test results just three days after I submitted my sample.
