There service will take more than 2 hours and customers been there since 1030 and it’s almost 1pm. Very Disappointed.

A million "Thank Yous" to Josh Fritzinger for helping me and my family with our second Ford. We purchased a 2017 Ford Focus last year when my husband and I went to just look. RecommendedThe level of service here blew me away! I highly recommend this team. My service advisor was Kenn and he made sure that I was a high priority. I generally would go to somewhere like Wal Mart for oil changes but after my visit here I will bring my car to Kenn for every single need. We are in the market to buy another car and this dealership is where we will be going! Customer for life!
Safety is not a priority in the recall, both the dealer and corporate won’t cover the cost of a rental that is the same size of our edge. We were told it’s safe to drive just done put any one in the front passenger seat. Thank for the advice since my back seat is filled with car seats. So the option is can do any thing as a family or risk dying. Since it is a recall for safety they will pay for a small four door. The reason we got the size we did is for a family. We came to GOSch Ford Temecula to test drive a Ford, for Ford (a charity event). We experienced friendly interactions, and we felt welcomed. My husband and I also asked to test drive the Expedition since we are looking to buy a larger size SUV for our family. Josh helped us, and he was very informative. He showed us the in’s and out’s of the Expedition, and answered all of our questions. We will be back in the near future!
