We take our Explorer here regularly for tune ups, fixes and have had great service. My dad is a Ford Mechanic in Illinois so it’s safe to say we are picky and have appreciated their prices and customer service! Plus they have once a month cars and coffee and doughnuts so win win win!
Surprisingly they call me up the same day and it was a Sunday but I was my mistake I thought it was an energy model but it was only a highbred so I wasn’t interested in the car

My mother bought her Ford with Gosch, and once when she was getting an oil change I went with her. The service department , specifically Kenn, was so amazing. He was so nice, talked my mother through everything and the communication during the whole experience was so great. It made me want to buy a Ford just so I could get that kind of service! I went out on the lot and ended up buying a vehicle the next day! ( although it was a Toyota on the lot). But I wouldn't have looked if it hadn't been for his service changing my view... read more
