I like to let you know how disappointed I'm with your dealer and the reason is the following. About 2 weeks ago I found the vehicle that I need at your dealer and I make an appointment to do the drive test for the next day, when I arrive to the dealer on time, I have to wait until they found somebody to show me the vehicle, after they ask me for my driver license I wait for about 10 minutes then this person coming and toll me that they were washing the vehicle so I keep waiting until the person coming again and toll me that ... read more
My explorer broke down in my driveway, and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in service to get an appointment, every time I called the front lady would send me to the managers voicemail. Warranties were never upheld. I will never buy a Ford ever again. Buyer beware from Temecula ford!!

Typical service department that tries to take advantage of women! Nail in the tire and they won’t repair it when tires were purchased through them! Tried to sell her a new tire when a plug will repair it.
I cannot even begin to start with the issues that I have had with this place. I took my car in because it was in an accident and my insurance company (Geico) was covering repairs and the rental car for 30 days. According to both Geico and Randy Hilton the car should have been done in 10 days. 1. I continued to call Randy Hilton for weeks and almost never got a call back or able to get into contact with him. Our sales person, Brandon was great to work with. He gave us the space to look at what we were interested in, and he was very knowledgeable when we were asking questions. He was great at showing how things worked in the vehicle, he listened and was not pushy at all. His personality was fun yet still professional. Chas was also very good to us and easy to work with.
