I brought my 5 week old son in to the ER last night. I was so happy with the care we received. Our nurse, Juan, was so helpful, kind, considerate, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was amazing! We also saw Dr. Amato and a wonderful fellow (whose name is escaping me at the moment). Everyone was so helpful, and never rushed me through my questions. The quality treatment we received yesterday in the pediatrics ED was phenomenal. Quick attentive staff, we saw the on call doctor no less than 4 times in the first hour we were there. While receiving treatment, my daughter had her vitals check on a very regular schedule. The communication was great, and everyone right down to the ED techs made sure to talk to our daughter not just us about what was happening and how she was feeling... we were transferred to other parts of the hospital for treatment/surgery and were constantl... read more
As always, we were treated well and had a great experience. Visited the lab and radiology. In and out, everyone was wonderful. Best resource for my family.
Top notch. Michelle Neier is absolutely amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Aaron just loves her. She has calming smile and is really awesome at her job.
