I came in the ER with a sickle cell crisis (pain on my chest and my sides). I was admitted to the peds unit. I was at the point of depression during my stay; but not for long, thanks to the nurses on the unit. Especially Gianna. She made a big influence during my stay. She made me laugh and she helped me forget about the pain and helped me in so many ways to make sure I got home with no complications. Endocrinology team is exceptional! Their support and resources are greatly appreciated.
My three year old spent a week in Nicu, nurses were amazing and even let me stay the week with her, than three days when she was six weeks old, and than she had surgery for an abscess when she was a little over a year. Nurses were very attentive to her and her father and myself. We needed something, all we had to do was ask. By far the best hospital in the world. We absolutely love this place. Excellent staff and hospital. Everything super clean. Drs and nurses are very understanding in every way. Always checked up on my baby every hr. Brought in toys, pj’s and floor mat for him play to make him feel comfortable.
Just spent a week there with my 14 year old. The care she received was exceptional! The nurses were amazing! Especially Ashley T, We loved you Girlfriend! Phlebotomists Carla and Mickey were Fantastic! We had an emergency in our room and the response time after pulling the help cord was something the staff should be proud of! So happy to know I have this kind of care available!
