One of my roommates was stealing and breaking stuff when I went to the leasing office to ask what they could do and the way they handled it was by kicking everyone in the apartment out... the only good thing about this place is their response times to maintenance work (only because the apartment come in terrible condition). Other than that the leasing office will give you attitude and be dismissive over any problem you have (mold and bugs).
