Used Gordon’s Applisnce Service through both the NICOR Home Solutions program and self pay. Always have had great service. Prompt with return phone calls and scheduling a tech ASAP. Respectful of both your time and your home. Highly recommend !
Next day appointment, on-time, honest, and helpful. Kyle was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem with my broken refrigerator. He was knowledgeable and gave me great advice. On top of that he was friendly and very kind. a neighbor rang the bell while he was here and asked for a card. Said she's been using Gordon's for 13 years and they're the best. I agree. Thanks Kyle!

If you are looking for an honest appliance repair company, go no further than Gordon’s. I’ve been having trouble with my dryer. Instead of just fixing it, I was told it wasn’t worth it. Comparing fixing or buying new it made no sense. I had the same issue with my washer - the dial wasn’t working right. Same answer. Don’t waste your money fixing it. Who does that in this day and age!!!! Reasonable prices and honesty. Perfect combination. Thanks Gordon’s!!!!!
