RecommendedMost impressed with the repair tech! Upon entering masked and gloved, he covered his shoes. He replaced the pump on our washer very quickly. Cleaned up the floor and wiped down the entire appliance with a disinfected rag. What more could you ask for during these times? Actually cost lost less than the tentative quote. He discerned that it was just the pump and not the motor also. However had the new motor here, in case it was needed. This is MY repair company of choice. Excellent customer service, Zach was very helpful and searched high and low for a discontinued part for our fridge and found it. When a second unforeseen issue popped up he was very quick to fix it. Beyond happy with the service and pricing seemed fair.
Tech was prompt knowledgeable and efficient
Tony was very professional and polite. Found the problem with the dryer immediately and even had the part with him as I had provided the model # and noise it was making when I made the appt. He was also well equipped with the PPE he had on for virus protection.

Gordon’s came out to my home when our double oven wasn’t working. They ordered two circuit boards for our double oven and returned 3 days later and installed our new boards. Today they got our oven back up and running. Thank you Gordon Appliances for taking good care of my broken appliance. Great company. Great Service. Great Pricing.
