Everything was clear up front so there were now surprises. They replace the dishwasher pump and rerouted the drain line which had caused the pump to fail after six years.

Called Gordon’s to repair my dishwasher. I was never informed of the 70$ diagnosis fee which can NOT be applied to the actual repair until they were charging me. Very disappointed...
