Their service is great. Very friendly staff and the service is always on time . They clean up afterwards. My serviceman was Tony. He was great , on time and super friendly. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Gordon’s was able to get me on their scheduled the next day. Friendly from our initial call to the completion of our service for our oven. Up front and honest got the job done quickly for a fair price.

I called Gordon appliance service and talked to Stephanie. I explained the problem with my dryer. She set up an appointment for repair. Dryer issue may be the result of work done by a roofing company. The dryer vent, vents through our roof. She still made the appointment and was very professional and courteous. I recommend this company, without them even coming to my house yet. Thank you to Stefanie for listening and reassuring me that one way or another, my dryer will be fixed.
