As always, I had an excellent experience at Gordon Poelman's office yesterday. The hygienist is efficient, helpful, and encouraging. The business manager also clearly explained some financial matters (insurance, crowns, etc.), and Dr. Poelman was also clear in explaining some of my dental needs.
Friendly and professional, as always. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Dr. Poelman.
Dr. Poelman is gentle, patient, and efficient, in addition to being highly skilled and HONEST. He replaced a filling--at no charge other than what insurance would pay--since he had rebuilt that filling earlier in the year and my teeth had moved and created a space that was a natural food trap. He said that I shouldn't have to pay for him again to fill the new space, since the filling should still be "under warranty." His never takes advantage of patients, unlike some dentists I have left. I'm one of those people that likes going to the dentist and hygienist. I usually go three times a year for a cleaning. Cassie of Dr. Poelman's office is very thorough. So is Dr. Poelman! The entire office staff is kind and helpful. I would refer anyone looking for a dentist in the Poway area to Dr. Poelman's office.
Once again I am totally impressed with Dr Poelman and his entire staff. I had a bit of work done and never really felt a thing. Dr Poelman takes his time and he does it right. I highly recommend him to anyone.

The staff is always friendly, great at reminding me of my appointments ahead of time and very knowledgeable! The office is decorated nice and is very clean! I love that I can relax and watch TV when my teeth are getting worked on!
