As always, I had a great visit. Cassie does a great job. My teeth tend to be sensitive, but she has helped me with solid recommendations over the years on brushing and flossing techniques plus toothpaste selection. Dr. Poelman is a real professional. He does great work that is painless.
I'm satisfied with the care I get at Dr. Poelman's office. The staff are skilled. courteous and seem genuinely interested in their patients. I like that Dr. Poelman is open minded enough to try out his own form of dental insurance. I hope it is successful.
Excellent doctor and incredible hygienist! I had 3 fillings and Dr. Poelman was so gentle. No pain at all. He is great! Thank you for such an painless experience.
Having prep work for two crowns is not as much fun as a round of golf, but Dr. Poelman and his staff made the process bearable and comfortable. I appreciate their efficiency. He gives me an excellent preview of events to come and I find it easy to cooperate. My questions were also encouraged and answered clearly.
Dr Poelman removed my wisdom teeth and I was pleasantly surprised how little it hurt! The freezing needles didn't even hurt because he used a topical to numb the spot first. Everyone I spoke with before the procedure warned me that I would experience horrible pain and would be out of commission for days. I felt so well I was able to make dinner for my family that same night. Thank you to Dr. Poelman and the staff for making my experience much better than I expected.
