Exceptional service every time I go. Friendly, professional employees that make the song "Son, Be a Dentist" (Little Shop of Horrors) no longer make sense, as every visit is as pain-free as possible. I moved to LA for a few years and continued driving back to SD every 6 months because I am so pleased with the work done at Dr. Poelman's office.

Hmmm.....when you walk into the dental office you will notice a comforting and welcoming waiting room. Just to the right you will be greeted by the receptionist, ( she is very sweet.) and she will check you in and take whatever info is needed.You can take a seat either near the television or next to the hot beverage machine. Dr. Poelman was recommended to me by a friend at work 15 years ago. My family and I have been pleased with his kindness and expertise. His Hygienists are also of the highest caliber I have recommended others to him and will continue doing so. Thank-you Dr. Poelman for doing what you do so well.
Great staff and a great dentist. Does only dental work that is necessary...no pressure to have the recommended work done. Everything is explained very well by all staff.
