My experience started with directions to the office over the phone. My Phone had the wrong address so I was far from the appointment. They were very nice and quickly got me settled, my x-rays done, and my teeth cleaned. Dr Poelman came in after a few minutes for my exam. No pushing or selling. Like the open, friendly atmosphere.

Cassie, my Hygienist , is just wonderful. She's gentle yet very thorough, and very knowledgeable. I actually enjoy coming in to get my teeth cleaned! Dr. Poelman is the best Dentist we've ever had and the entire staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Thank you all!

Dr. Poelman has been my dentist for some time now and I would like to tell you my experience as his patient. He always greets me with a nice smile and a hand shake. His staff is wonderful as well. The one major dentil issue is/was my very large bridge. It is an upper, front bridge with about seven teeth involved in it. This is not a simple case...it involved implants, missing tooth, crown and the shape of it has been very difficult to work with. Jennifer has excellent hygiene skills! Her instrumentation hugged each tooth and my mouth felt/feels thoroughly clean. She really knows what she's doing and provides a great balance between patient education and personal chat. I knew I was is good hands with Jennifer!
