While going to the dentist is never on anyone's "A" list of things to do, Dr. Poelman's staff certainly tries to make it good. I have to compliment both my hygienist and the receptionist. Both were very pleasant and gentle.

My first experience at Dr. Poelman's office was for a filling. I had just had a root canal redone and I needed it to be filled. Dr. Poelman looked at it and said he thought he could do it without numbing me. So he filled the tooth painlessly and so quickly! I walked out of the office about 20 minutes after I had come in. Wow. The shortest dentist visit of my life.

I am a new patient of Dr. Poelman's. I called the day before and his receptionist gave me an appt. the next morning. I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness of the office. Dr. Poelman handled my emergency visit in his office and didn't have to use the outside lab.
