Very dissatisfied and disgusted with the Service Department. The tech/tech's that worked on my 2010 equinox made it almost transparent with what they're plans were with fixing my truck or lack thereof. Finally today, after 29 days of Gordon Chevy keeping my truck and constantly and very consistently calling me and telling me that one thing after another needs to be replaced, they called me in to see if it was worth getting into a BRAND new one. Wonderful experience...Robert Singleton was a fantastic salesman, knowledgable, courteous, honest and genuine. Leeza Sledge was great with assisting me on everything in my vehicle.
