All the staff are very helpful to answer questions. Sometimes I mess up a nice electronic feature, so. call Ford and they take the time to walk me through to fix it.
My wife, extended family and I have had too many bad experiences with the service department to recommend Boucher of West Bend. We bought our vehicles from Boucher, but we will no longer be servicing them here. I’ve tried giving them second, third, and fourth chances, but we continue being let down by poor service. The most recent issue is that my wife’s car began leaking, and continues to leak oil after having an oil change done here.
