Just had my oil changed my apt was at 3:30 today July 14 2020, got the call it was done so went to pick it up... got to the desk to pay and get my keys and paper work and the lady couldn’t find my paper work and had trouble finding my keys. Made an appointment to have 02 sensor replaced asked how long it would take they said 1 to 1 1/2 hours I said I would wait for the car .took it in on Tuesday and again was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours they asked if I would be waiting for the car I said yes I would be looking at new vehicles .After an hour they came out and said we can't work on the car we have to let it sit 2 hours to cool down If they knew this why did they tell me 1 to 1 1/2 hours I talked with one of the managers and he said he would get me a free oil change for... read more
