RecommendedFirst time patient, our dog is a 14.5 year old Maltese with heart issues. They could not have been more kind or knowledgeable. Gentle with my little guy, were able to give him a check up without doing any invasive testing/EKGs that other vets have insisted on doing (which traumatize him). They also offered us an option for his gums/teeth that will help clean them without having to put him to sleep for a proper cleaning — no one had ever offered us this before, we didn’t know it existed! Can’t recommend highly enough!
Great caring and pet-loving people, nice facility and very convenient. Dr Bill Pals, Lindsay and Tammy were amazing! Opry was very comfortable and will definitely not mind visiting GCPH!
Dr. Clark has been phenomenal with both of our dogs. She’s very thorough and spends plenty of time getting to know our dogs and explaining their care to us. Dr. Pals is great as well and always makes sure that we are completely satisfied with his practice. Highly recommend Goose Creek!
Dr. Palls and His Staff is very caring about Animals as well as their owners. I couldn't ask for a better Vet or Support Staff.

This is my dog Jazzie. We found out yesterday she has diabetes. She was so brave this morning and let me practice giving her an injection. Thank you Dr. Pals, Dr. Walsh and the Goose Creek Pet Hospital staff for taking awesome care of her!
This post is long over due. I have taken my dogs to many vets over the years and Goose Creek Pet Hospital is a completely different experience. Doctors and staff are incredible. They treat you like family honestly. They went out of their way to make sure we knew they were there for us during Maverick's passing. It truly is an incredible place. I might start crying so I am going to end this post right here. haha!
We had an awesome first visit at he vet today! Everyone was warm and personable.... loved the atmosphere of a caring, loving staff!
We absolutely could not be more happy with the service from Dr. Pals and his staff. They treat our Golden Retriever like he was their own and have gone above and beyond in their care for him. I definitely recommend Goose Creek Pet Hospital and wouldn't go anywhere else!
