It took all day This Pep Boys is located on a major road and I think they can use more staffs. I had to get a smog test done so I went to this Pep Boys. It took me all day before I got my car back. They just work really slow and that's probably the only time I will use thier business.

I will never shop Any Pep Boys again and i drive 40K miles/year! Having spent $638..in Pep Boys Las Vegas, Nv to resolve a miss in my # 2 cyllindar,the 'miss' in #2 appeared 3 months later. Pep Boys Denton would not stand behind their guarantee and gave me a $350 to $600. estimate to "diagnose " and repair the very same problem again; nor would they stand behind the labor of the Pep Boys Las Vegas... Diamond in the ruff I'm a do-it-yourself-er and the parts people are always great and very helpful. Parts warehouse has everything, daily delivery.

The parts are too cheap, dont last. This place has a lot of parts for your car. The only thing bad is that the parts dont seem to last. If your looking to put accessories onto your car, go here. they have a bunch of import accessories. If they would have more quality parts, I would shop here more.

Creepy! I brought my daughter's car in to the store to buy her a set of tires. The car was sporting a donut spare when it came in. We selected the tires from what was shown on the screen and were told that the car would be ready in an hour and 15 minutes. We returned at that time and were told it would be another hour. We then went shopping and received a call about an hour later saying that they had none of that size tire in stock and to come and pick up the car. Yuck! Try to avoid this place at all costs. Go in for windshield washer fluid and they'll try to convince you need your engine rebuilt. Not terribly helpful staff and more junk for sale than customer service available. Go to Astro on Cherokee and get better service at a better price.

Sub-par Service I have had my car towed here just because it was the only place open on Sundays. They didn't do a good job and were rude to boot. Also, nobody seems to speak English (I don't mean this in a bad way, but it does make it difficult to communicate.)

Pep Boys Were Good To Me Needed a place on Sunday. My back passenger side break was grinding very bad all of a sudden. They got me in right away. They did not try to sell me on the rotors, said they could machine them, I was shocked because everybody tries to sell you new rotors. Mechanic said I needed a new belt, then said come back and I will show you why. They took me back and showed me it was split and cracked, Legit. carlis lots of good specials and goes way over most of the other available parts stores and good prices. they can also do the car repairs for you. as a side note their technician did say my car was almost out of oil which I knew was a lie since I had checked it before I arrived there to have it scanned for an intermitant check engine light.
