It is a beautiful park to walk in. On the Alder trail, There is a bridge that takes you over the Marsh lands and a look out tower with a chart of wildlife you might see. Additionally they have a parcor trail that will really whip you into shape, if you participate in all of the exercises. They have a big hill that is great to hike up in the summer and sit on the bench at the top or sled ride down in the winter.
