We had a flat tire on our truck and decided to call around for estimates on patching or replacement. Goodyear on Richmond road was that last place I tried calling, but next time they will be the first. Not only were they super friendly, but also honest and fast. They ordered a replacement tire just in case ours could not be patched. Turns out they were able to patch it. They patched our tire for free and put it back on the truck at not cost. Truck was scheduled for 12PM to have four new tires put on. It’s now 1615 and we are just now finished with our 4 hour long wait. Staff reason for delay was being “overbooked...again.” Worst customer service ever experienced in auto care and employees did not invest time in listening to customer concerns.
Recently while in Williamsburg, VA Ben noticed a screw in the tire of the SUV. He took it to this Goodyear ASC and they removed the screw, plugged the hole, drove the SUV a ways to reset the computer and charged him NOTHING! Not that long ago the same thing happened to another one of his vehicles at home in Hopewell, VA. A very well known establishment on 15th Ave did the same and charge Ben $38.00. Ben said the next time he needs to purchase tires he is going to patronize this Goodyear ASC.
