Please do not do business with this website. While tires were promptly shipped and they look good, my computer glitched out accidentally ordering the tires twice. I received two receipts. When I reached out to ask about the mistake, the company refused to take back the second set of tires without a restocking fee. They explained people order multiple sets of tires all the time. Just adding details Ordered 4 set of new winter, one was defective and after having to replace the air in it twice the installer determined it had a sidewall leak. BlackCircles told me if I wanted a new tire quickly I had to order a 5th and they would take care of it. (plesant customer service, said it woudl take over a week to sort out and as I needed a tire on my car sooner than a week I belevied him that he would sort it out... ) I ordered the 5th tire and had it installed and after a week of not heading back from BlackC... read more

I just want to say I am very pleased with my purchase of 4 tires which were ordered on Sept. 2nd and due to the long weekend arrived on Sept 8th. This retailer has good prices compared to local retailers. I would definitely recommend this seller and purchase from them again.

Avoid at all cost. Their warranty process is so cumbersome that you will give up. They will ask you to troubleshoot the issue, buy and install a new tire with your own money and drag the warranty process for months. It is not worth it.

Their installer was unable to install, so Blackcircles refunded my card. They lost a star, though, because they don't refund immediately but wait until the tires are returned by the installer to their distributor. Their relationships with suppliers and distributors has nothing to do with their customer, that's their business, and one wonders what would happen if they had trouble with the installer or distributor?

awful service - tire punctured in months, 2 years later still waiting for warranty claim that they promised to facilitate. paid for replacement tire out of pocket through the site as instructed, installed by their technician, turned out the tire did not match the others (paid for run flat tires, shipped and installed non-run-flat) - no shop wants to deal with non-matching tires and I will likely have to pay for another tire yet again. Turned out much more expensive then the shops (bought 6/4 tires and counting!)
