I was on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and call again to which I was immediately answered. For an oil change, front brakes, and an alignment it was $1300 which is insane especially compared to local mechanics prices that does far superior service. Prices were not told to me at all when looking at what needs fixed which a lot of local shops do. To get a battery fixed it would've brought it up closer to $2000 to make it even worse. Great experience and selection. We went to find replacement tires for my son’s car and Jason and the team were amazing! Not only did they beat competitor pricing, they made the experience simple and easy. We ordered tires one day and had them scheduled the next evening for install. If you want something done right and thorough, this is the place to go. The staff installing made things right and helped us with adding new rims for the ride. I was very happy with my experience! Samantha at the front desk gave me a visual about what I was looking at with my front breaks needing replaced. It was so nice to have a woman in automotive and to know what she was talking about! She was so friendly and I appreciate her taking the time to talk with me about the condition of my car and my safety. I’ll definitely be back!
I had a terrible experience at this auto repair shop and would not recommend it to anyone. I brought my car in for what I was told would be a simple issue, but it quickly turned into a costly nightmare. They charged me for unnecessary services, and each time I returned to pick up my car, there was a new issue that they claimed needed repair. I took my car in for what I thought was a minor issue, but the repair process ended up being lengthy, expensive, and ultimately ineffective.
