I brought my vehicle to Goodyear to look at a slow leak on my tire due to a screw being imbedded into it. I was told my tire was unrepairable due to how close it was to the side wall of my tire. I was then told that because I have AWD I needed to replace all 4 tires, totaling around $1000 which included a new battery. I asked what’s wrong with my battery, since I only took my vehicle in for the screw in the tire. I was told it failed a test. Thoroughly disappointed with all work performed here. Went in 5/28/24 for tires and alignment. When going to check out, have a $270 3 year alignment program added after I paid for everything. I check out my car the next day. All 4 of my chrome valve stem caps are missing, my steering wheel isn't straight, and the camber is still off almost 2 degrees. Take it back in to get all those issues corrected. Camber is still off. They tell me they will have a senior tech in Sunday who can look at it. Of course sunday I get a flat tir... read more
Had an appointment at 12 for a new tire and didn’t get told until 6 that they don’t have the tire in stock like they thought and need to keep car another day. They should’ve verified tire inventory when my appointment was.
The store manager is phenomenal. Very attentive and on top of his job. Made my experience seemless
