I have purchased several sets of tires through out the yrs from Rick's. I was always told that as long as I owned the car and the tires were purchased from Rick's I would get free flat repairs, balance and tire rotations. Well today I come in to get a flat fixed and a balance/rotation done and I am informed that they no longer fix flats for free. There will be a $20 charge. That's crazy....
