They need to be more about being in top of stuff for there patients
I have been going to Goodwin since it was originally in Rochester. Diane Bernard has been my primary since I can remember and I wouldn't have it any other way. When she gave notice that she was cutting her hours back I was so afraid I was going to lose her completely! I know eventually that will happen, but I am glad I don't have to worry about it right now. She's the best!

Dr. Zent and the staff are as good as it gets. No one could find a more competent, caring team. There are experts of many kinds on site to help you. My doctor also refers me to outside specialists when needed.
Love my Doctor ( Buonomano) she goes above and beyond taking care of me, listening, and providing me with the care I need. The nurses, medical assistants and office staff are very friendly, and helpful. I have never had an issue here at all, I will continue to receive all my medical care here.
I have the best doctor. DR Kevin Zent, so I consider myself a lucky lady. A couple of times I had a different Doctor for walk in and they are just as caring and they never rush you out. of course Doctor Zent is very special to me. The whole staff treats you with respect, and they always have a warm smile.
