Worst doctors office I have ever encountered!! Different doctor every time I go and the receptionists are terrible and dismissive. Trying to get a consult approved...forget about it...it takes lots of patience. I have great insurance and they are always waiting for this office to respond and it is getting old. I will definitely be changing to another doctor. This place is a joke and should be shut down!
I have been waiting since October 2020 for a piece of paper to be filled. I have told them since day one the company who needs it, expects this to be done online. They have refused. Nurse Manager Deborah Fields flat out refuses to fill out online. Pandemic, but the doctors office refuses to minimize my exposure by taking 5 minutes in the past 5 months to fill out a form.

These people are the worse! Especially the nurses and receptionists. Clearly they don’t care about patients health and is all about the money. Do not go here! There are better doctors out there! Don’t waste your time or money.
Getting through to speak with “a member of the team” is nearly impossible. It also takes days and multiple voicemails to get a phone call back for refills.

Unplugging refrigerators and removing microwaves for your staff to "cut down transmission" is truly a new low. However, removing outside testing, so symptomatic patients must go inside, is appalling. The people who make these decisions work from home while the people in the trenches are abused. Healthcare administrators are some of the most vile people out there.
Very nice staff, comforting, helpful. Facility is very clean and inviting.
The staff is so friendly, and the knowledgable. the wait time was less then 7 minutes.
