Try getting in to see a pcp is ridiculous!! Been a patient there for a while and can't get in to bee seen like the hospital wants!!!
Receptionist is extremely disrespectful
It's highly irritating when you show up 10 to 15 minutes early for your appointments and then sit there and wait 45 minutes or more after your original appt time. I got up and left because this happens way too often and I'm done. Glad my cardiologist gave me the sign off I needed and the time of day.

Went there to have an emergency extraction at 8 am and they told me they were full I tried to set an appointment to have it extracted which they told me it wasn’t covered by Medicaid so I called Medicaid and they said to have them send a pre authorization form and they would cover it so I didn’t get and infection I called Avis back and the extremely rude woman working the desk argued with me about it. I recently left GCH and went back to my old physician for two reasons. The doctor was fine, it was the people behind the scenes that were the problem. Trying to get prescriptions refilled in a timely fashion was close to impossible.And if you need to get a referral to see another doctor or specialist, well good luck with that. I tried several times to get a referral and never got one. I am blaming these failures on the support staff, people that answer the phones or monitor the messages and those that are in charge of the in... read more

To be honest this is one of the worst doctor’s offices I’ve been a patient of.
Best experience for me. Dr Buonomano listens to my issues, takes her time to insure we covered everything. Actually I have not had any problems with anyone on the staff. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Keep Up The Good work

I can't switch my kids out of this doctors office fast enough!! They Never return phone calls the same day. The reception always talks to you like your inconveniencing them. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! I would not reccomend them to anyone!!!
