The thrift shops that Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers runs are the BEST Goodwills I've seen across the eastern seaboard! I shop all the Goodwills in the Columbus/PC area, plus in ATL, and everywhere I travel in FL, GA, SC, NC, and up in northeast. Our Southern Rivers Goodwills are always clean, orderly, fresh-smelling, and they have the absolute best employees. I've been to numerous locations throughout the Columbus area and I always find some great things. As a marketing professional, sign holders and other communication devices get extremely pricey at those popular vendor sites. My latest find was a Tri Fold 3-Panel Display Board, 72 x 36 Inches with Black Velcro-Receptive Fabric. It can easily cost 100-150 bucks when you catch a sale. My husband just came home from the Macon Road store and is RAVING about what a great experience he had there because of Gidget's outstanding customer service. He said she was very friendly, and seemed to care sincerely about a small bag of items he took there by accident (oops) when we donated a large haul earlier. Many thanks, Gidget for helping my stressed husband feel a lot better about the whole ordeal and for being so helpful! :)
