The worst experience I have ever had at a store. Will not be back. Twila was so unprofessional and yelled at my 1 year old! My child squealed onetime simply being a baby, and Twila felt the need to yell at her at the top of her lungs. Mind you she was in a stroller, not running around and was behaving, she squealed when we went by the radio they had BLARING because it hurt her ears. Everyone is always polite and helpful. They work hard to keep donations organized for everyone to browse and hopefully purchase. Enjoy shopping there and never have a problem with any of the employees.
Best place ever
Twyla and the other lady (Christina?) are an absolute treasure. Protect them at all costs! Management, particularly the loud dark haired lady who I believe is named Nicole are pretty rude. Always acts inconvenienced if you ask a question. The store is clean and organized and actually just had some kind of a remodel. It's got a different layout now. I like it but it will take some getting used to. Overall, one of my favorites!
The ladies are always so knd and helpful! The store looks great.
