Expect 30 min wait to donate!
This goodwill is overpriced and the supervisors are rude. I asked for a discount on a damaged item and the supervisor today (March 15th) looked at me and spoke to me as if I was 5 years old. All items are donated, and I spend $100s of dollars here monthly. The least she could do was be kind. I am going to look for better thrift stores in our area.
Zero stars. The worst experience I’ve ever had making a donation. I just got yelled at while making a donation doing a good deed, no thank you, no appreciation or anything all because I didn’t pull my car up 2 feet. I’ve never in my life felt like I was doing something wrong when I was doing something nice like making a donation. It was an older guy with glasses that has a bad attitude towards people trying to do good by making donations. Absolutely no customer service skills and was very rude.
